SMALL SCALE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT
EUROACTIVA-T (Spain), REACH (Serbia) and PRO RE ACTIVE (Italy)
This is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnerships project focused on the exchange of practices through a combination of approaches to support the development of young people
The project is been based on the implementation of 3 training courses and 3 transnational meetings:
TM 1 in Spain KICK OFF MEETING: March 2022
TC 1 in Spain (Platja de Coma-Ruga): May 2022
The first meeting consisted in knowing each other through a solo performance, physical theatre, workshops of sensorial activites and intercultural performances to a small audience.
TM 2 in Italy INTERIM MEETING: July 2022
The meeting was held in Lamezia from July 29th to 31st. We finalized the preparations for the TC 2 in Molochio and started to forge the TC 3 that will take place in Serbia from November 5th to 11th 2022.

TM 3 Final Meeting in Spain (Madrid): February 2023
We have analyzed the learning and impact that the project has had on the participants.
We have defined the expected achievement of each of the KPIs established in the proposal phase.
We have evaluated the practices and experiences after the implementation of the project from the point of view of project management and the teaching team.
We have finalized the project DOSSIER as a summary of all the activities carried out.
Plan all the tasks to be implemented to maximize the impact and results of HERO.
